Rustic Collection shiplap is perfect for your next reclaimed wood project. It's new lumber that has been distressed, primed and painted to have the authentic look and texture of vintage barn wood.
The Rustic Collection is available in both shiplap and trim boards in natural and prefinished colors to craft beautifully textured walls, ceilings and DIY projects. Available in lengths up to 8 feet.
Surface Texture

Can I use Rustic Collection shiplap on my bathroom walls?Yes, these boards can be used on walls within a bathroom. We recommend you seal the boards with a wood protector sealant to protect them from moisture.

Do these have rabbet joints (or any joints) cut into them?When installed horizontally Rustic Collection shiplap features a rabbet joint on both top and bottom edges of the board allowing piece to snugly fit together. The board ends do not have a pattern and butt directly together without overlap.

What color stain can I use to match?Rustic Collection products go through a proprietary color formulation process, therefore an exact paint match is difficult. Consult with a paint professional at your local retailer to specify a custom color that suites your needs.

What is the actual width that will be visible?The width of the 1x6 shiplap board is 5.375 in. with a thickness of .625 in. and an exposed face of 4.625 in. The width of the 1x8 shiplap board is 7.0625 in. with a thickness of .625 in. and an exposed face of 6.44 in. The width of the trim board is 3.5 in. with a thickness of .75 in.

Is the board smooth on the opposite side?Both sides of the board feature a rough sawn texture that helps mimic the natural texture and patina of aged barn wood.
Surf Shack Boy's Bedroom
We collaborated with the principal designer and owner of Sno Valley Studio to create a monochromatic, timeless look for her son's bedroom using Rustic Charcoal shiplap.
We wanted to create a space for our son that he could grow into, that would be rugged and rustic and pass the ‘cool’ test for years to come. The UFP-Edge Rustic Charcoal shiplap exceeded our expectations and was the perfect accent for our son's nursery. I have a feeling this product will soon cover many walls in our home.
