Premium Primed trim and fascia is made from finger-jointed radiata pine (or SPF) and is available in S4S and a S1S2E reversible profile. Both trim faces offer a unique textured appearance, creating an attractive exterior accent. Each board is primed and ready for a custom topcoat of paint.

Are Premium Primed boards protected with a treatment?Premium Primed boards are not treated but are painted on all 6 sides with an industry leading mold resistant primer. Upon install, it is recommended to apply a water-based latex coating in your finished color for extra protection.

Can trim boards have ground contact?No, boards used in an exterior application should be at least 6” above soil grade when installed.
